In April 2007 we selected and purchased a land in Lapta for constructing of a residential complex:
In the summer of 2007, the architectural design of the complex was made:
In November 2007, we received permits for construction:
In March 2008, Foundation works of Block C has begun :
In June 2008, we completed the construction of the reinforced concrete frame C:
In July 2008, the brickwork of the inner and outer walls of Block C was completed:
In November 2008, they completed plastering and puttying works of walls.Electricity, water connections and ceramic tiles on the floor of Block C has completed. And they started building the foundation of Block B:
In May 2009, we completed the construction of the reinforced concrete skeleton of Block B:
In June 2009 , the construction of Block C has completed.
Until March 2010 there was a forced stop the construction. It was resulted by in that moment we were searching for better quality of construction in Northern Cyprus in 2007-2009, at the end we changed the third general contractor of the project and started to work with the fourth contracter (which eventually successfully completed this complex). As a result, we completed the complex to the highest quality standards, which at that time were not used in the construction of apartments in North Cyprus, which cost us to loose a whole year time and more than 250,000 pounds, which not planned in the project estimation.
In March 2010, the brickwork of Block B walls was completed:
May 2010 - completion of plastering works on Block B. Beginning of construction of Block A:
March 2011 Completion of finishing works in Block B, completion of the construction of the frame A and the completion of most of the infrastructure works of the whole complex (water, electricity, sewerage, supporting walls, etc.
May 2011 - completion of the construction of Block B, building a communal swimming pool in the complex, completed the electricity connection and water supply. The beginning of the operation of the management company for the maintenance of the complex.
September 2011 - completion of the construction of Block A:
In September 2011, we celebrated the completion of the construction Sky Blue residential complex (Lapta, Northern Cyprus):
