The project "Lukomorye" will be built in 5 blocks of apartments and 6 apartment units in each. These apartments are available for sale. At this moment, 80% of the apartments have already been reserved by the clients. Today the construction of the first three blocks has began. The fourth and fifth blocks are planned to start in October of this year.
